Standard mobile service is included within our primary route area. Outlying routes, if accepted, are quoted before confirmation. Matting, impacted undercoat, extra handling, or substantially longer appointments may require additional time and cost; we discuss adjustments before proceeding.

How long does an appointment take?
Most visits take about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on your dog's size, coat, condition, behavior, and service. Your dog stays with one groomer rather than waiting in a kennel.
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. The grooming van is fully self-contained with warm water, power, heat, and air conditioning. We need a safe, reasonably level place to park near your home.
Is mobile grooming a good fit for anxious or senior dogs?
It often is. There is no car ride, crowded lobby, cage time, or room full of unfamiliar dogs. We review each dog's needs before confirming service.
What if my dog's coat is matted?
Comfort comes first. A shorter trim or additional time may be necessary, and the groomer will discuss the safest plan and any pricing adjustment before proceeding.
Do I need to be home?
Someone must be available for the initial handoff and return unless a secure access arrangement has been reviewed and approved in advance.
Are vaccinations required?
Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination unless a veterinarian has provided a valid medical exemption. Additional requirements will be confirmed during booking.
Is an online request immediately confirmed?
No. Mobile routes work best when nearby homes are grouped together. We review your address, dog, service, and preferred timing, then send a confirmation or suggest the closest route opening.
How do recurring appointments work?
After the first visit, we recommend a cadence based on coat and lifestyle. Recurring appointments are reserved as neighborhood route capacity allows.
